I was going to start a thread but as it’s the same topic...
Has anyone ever tried to have one fabricated, I know a guy who has his own little welding and fabrication workshop.
I want a “Mountaintop” style cover, but they are pretty expensive, I’m going to show him what I want but I’d imagine it’s going to be a lot cheaper than a real mountain top. A bit of sheet aluminium and a few meters of 1” square section and some welding.
Sounds good to me, but I assume if it was as easy as I’m imagining plenty of people would have done before which I can’t seem to find much evidence of.
