Hey fellas,

I've got an '05 D22 which I have just installed a lift kit....replaced front and rear end suspension with all new parts apart from shackles!

So, new front shocks and springs, rear shocks and springs, bushes and ubolts.

Ride height from ground to top of guard increased by approx 45mm on the front and 65mm on the rear.

My problem is that under acceleration mainly in second gear, there is a vibration coming from the rear end!

The tail shaft angle is obviously greater so i was thinking it could be pinion alignment maybe, also how much slop (if any) should there be in the centre tail shaft bearing?

Possible ways to fix include going down a set of leaf springs which may lower the rear ride height by possibly 20mm or installing some sort of wedge(?) to adjust the angle of the rear diff?

Has anyone had this problem or heard of it, and have a possible solution for me? I not a mechanic so would need to get it done back at the suspension place but thought I'd ask on here first.

Thanks in advance.

Dave
