Found this on a another site. It's was done on a US. D40 extended wheel base Dual cab so same tub as the King Cab. There is no reason why a a smaller version couldn't be made for a Dual Cab. There's plenty of good pics and tips.

Have a sleeping platform in the back of my King Cab and always used the plastic tub approach underneath but this has sold me and given me inspiration to start the build. Be way less than anything brought.
