Intercooler hard pipe with body lift

Hey guys, I'm wanting to fit a Forefront intercooler "hard pipe" or "hot pipe" but I'm unsure if it will fit with my 2" body lift. Anybody had any experience with this? Was much modification required? This is the kit I'm looking at:
