Just had a second hand exhaust manifold fitted to my 2008 d22 . I supplyed the manifold after machining it flat and true at work on a milling machine and surface grinder taking out a 1.5 mm bow in the manifold. The mechanic said it is quite common on newer cars to crack . I recently put a DP chip on the vehicle (coincidence? ). Could it be related to higher exhaust temps?
