Commodore seats

Eyeing off some VE commodore seats for the D40 dual cab. Anyone ever given it a bash? Just wondering if they will fit width wise.

Ive seen photos of it done.. i thought about putting my ss seats in the nav but got offered decent money, so they went.
If they whole base and seat doesnt fit maybe the seat can be fixed to the nav base?
