I bought this ute July 2007, it has now covered 243,000K and still running on the original clutch.
Had problems on and off with going into limp mode upto 155,000ks, found that common rail systems do not like contaminated fuel. On one of the fuel filter changes found third water. Had the tank removed and drained. I then had a water separator installed all seems to good now. Have become selective where I buy fuel from.
Cruise control started to play up found to be the switch in the manual gearbox worn due to my bad habit of driving with my hand resting on the gear leaver.
Not impreesed with the Nissan Snorkel during the heavy rains and flooding found that the air filter box filled with water. Will look at after market variants for the next one.
I have just ordered a new STX 140KW.
