Howdy all, looks like after 325000kms my injector pump has Given up on me. I can still drive, No issues starting etc, just randomly looses power while driving to where acceleration is extremely slow. idle will jump around quite a bit without my input. Also after idling normally for say 5mins...

I tested the NPS and it is operating fine. Ill try the idle relearn today thanks. Rumpig. All for rum and rum for all!

Also just fyi. A/c comoressor not an issue

I have a 2004 zd30. The idle speed will randomly lift up as high as 1100rpm then drop down sometimes to like 900 ish. Sometimes it stays at 750ish for a minute or 2 then it will lift to 1000 etc. If i turn on the engine heat up switch and put the car in gear idle wont change from the 750ish...

I just fitted a set to my 2004 d22. Bot pattern is thesame. Just trimmed the plastic around the mount. All of 45mins to do both

Hope domeone can help me. My water temp gauge on my dash isnt working. I replaced the temp sensor on the front pass side of engine and also replaced my thermostat recently. Engine is running fine but the gauge on the dash doesnt move. Any ideas?

I dont do alot of offroading. Occasionally a beach run but mainly drag a boat around. Soft sand at the 2000 to 2500rpm range it is awesome. The peak torque coming back in the rev range means you dont have to ring its neck to make power anymore. I preferred the dyno tune over the mail ordered...

I did. Gained heeeeeaps of torque. These figures are at the wheels through a 265 75 r16. Small Front mount cooler, 3 inch exhaust. larger airbox. Egr delete and catch can. Stock injectors and turbo. Fuel delivery became the pinch point for gains. More fuel would be next step but trust me its...
