It could make the sound when car is running I hear similar noise when it’s idling at the lights but the car is loud so I don’t notice it as much I have got a check engine light for egr problems tho p0403 that could have something to do with it

Just bought the car within a month and just started recently when I turn the car off after driving it makes a weird noise Should I be concerned
