Hi all, New member from Adelaide, Australia. I have a 2011 STX 550. I have owned it for 5 years now and hope to have it for another 5 at least. It is silver with a canopy, ARB drawers, lifted 2 inches with 33in MTs, HPD intercooler, catch can and tuned to 165rwkw

Hi mate, I have just started tackelling this myself yesterday. I tried and tried and found that my HPD intercooler was actually holding the bottom of the rails together not allowing the radiator to drop down. Once that was out it came free easily.
