Hi all, we've been told to take out and remove the gauze filter out of the inlet banjo. Does this sound correct? It's actually deep inside the bolt. This is the bolt which has a hole in the side of it to allow the fuel through but when we pulled it out yes there is a gauze filter in this bolt...

Each time we wind up the front lift, it's good for a few days but then it slowly just drops back down. Does anyone know why this would happen please?

It's a metal pipe.

Hi Tweak'e, we have found that the inlet pipe to the injector pump has a slight kink in - do you think this could be the problem? Although it has obviously been like this since we bought it and this problem only started happening a month or so after we bought it. Thanks for your replies.

Are we doing something wrong when testing them?

With regards to the glow plugs- mechanic says

Doesn't make sense as to why? when we put in the brand new injector's it blew smoke way worse then with the old one's in.

Hi everyone, so we tested the glow plugs today and 2 of them read 1.1 ohm and 2 of them read 1.0 ohm.

Also done a compression test as was gonna pull out and rebuild assuming it was something bad. But all cylinders have the same compression

Thanks for your reply. They say it's not glow plugs as car starts perfectly fine. Yes it has a turbo but it also has been tested and is good.
