Hey, do you know if these speaker sizes are for the 2007/08 spanish version of the D40? I I'm about to replace the front speakers, and assume they're 6 x 9 Ovals.

Thanks for that. I see now how the 10" is mounted, protruding out. I assume the 7" would fit snug. Will hve to go measure mine. I'm thinking the S8 Pro too. They say USB tethering ... but i dont see a USB socket on the front? I can see it on the 7" version.

Looks a good head unit. So what size goes into a 2008 D40 and what sort of wiring loom/adaptor is required? I think i need to do some research :)

I bought an ebay one earlier this year. Was suffering overheating issues. It fixed it. Went on a 5000km holiday towing a van, absolutely perfect. Fitting it was a slight challenge, as a few lower bolt holes didn't line up and needed slight modification.

Yep already done. New radiator fixed it. Just did a 5000km tour towing our van, and that temp gauge never moved a micromillimetre from normal.

Thanks Tony, i may have to revisit that as i've noticed the turbo making slight "pinging" noises just after starting the ute. Seems fine once warmed up. Will check previous forums on diagnosing the noise and the fuel consumption. Cheers
