    Also when I replaced my stock radiator with a full alloy 3 core, also eBay, egts dropped about 50. This was before I got a intercooler.

    Shoehorned a XR6 intercooler from eBay into mine. Running similar pressures to QD32pig's with a half turn of the screw. Highway cruising around 350 in the dump, can get high 400s full throttle going up hill, only close to 500 if I let revs drop.

    Please excuse if this a stupid answer but whatever it was plugged into should be nearby and is it in hiding in the dark below centre of the photo?
