I've just drew this up on 2dCad from the drawing, cut and bent these at work using a laser and press. Hoping all slots and cut outs line up. Let you guys know how it goes this weekend. If it lines up, I'm pretty sure it will cost around $100 in parts an labor to manufacture these. 3mm is dirt...
