I pretty much put bits together myself. The actual charge cooler and fan was bought from FrozenBoost (www.frozenboost.com), and I have used a Rule401C live well pump to circulate the coolant. The rest I made up as I needed. The airbox will be changed to a Toyota D4D to make filter change easier...- PhilQ

Rumpig, I have been searching for a solution to the crap throttle response on my ZD30. I'm a long way from you chaps - our ZD30 Navara's in South Africa were not fitted with the EGR setup, so that simplifies things. I have added an intercooler, 2.5" exhaust, and piggyback chip.
