Ok.. just fitted a long range tank 137 ltr (4wdsysems) everything good, did have a leak, think it was from one of the hoses at the pick up... question is... there are two hoses on the pick up.. one large one small... one is a return line... but witch one.?... small one was leaking... so...

Gearbox let go this morning, 105000 ks 06 3ltr... not happy, 1st gear let go without any warning, just normal black top driving too. Never done any hard work... am I just unlucky ? Or is it a weak spot in the d22 ?

Would like to retain my aloy bar but still fit a winch, anyone done it using a mounting plate across the rails ? Steve

Evening all, slowly getting there with my D22 06 mod, 3ltr Di. Only had it 3 weeks but very happy so far. Mods so far. double din head unit with gps. uhf 9inch Hid's next is the snorkel..... but I have hit a snag, want to get rid of that ugly restrictive elbow and go straight into the air...
