If it really is an EGR fault, would it not be a reasonable option to consider a tune that electrically closes and takes the EGR out of the system. A performance tune like that that cost me about $1,200 a few years back.

I would assume That centre console would go into a Spanish build, but also wouldn't be surprised if there were some subtle differences in fit or plastic grain.

Good to hear gents. I may have given a bit of a bum steer on the voice recognition. I tried it again last night (seldom use it), and it will do voice to text, but using an iPhone 5 I need to prompt the voice to text using the phone handset. Can use Siri in the same fashion, but effectively...

Mine streams via Bluetooth perfectly. Remove the cable and it will do it. Scroll through Aux until Bluetooth audio appears. Holding down the phone button activates voice recognition, however it's only as good as the phone, which is debatable.

Cheers Doc. That's good to hear mate. I'm not concerned with an overheating engine, but can imagine there could POSSIBLY be a situation where the front mounted (behind the winch) intercooler is "starved" of airflow.

Well, 6 months in and all is well. Have a 12,000lb winch going in very soon. Was going to fit it all yesterday but as I discovered I need to remove the bar to get the winch in there, I just can't do it by myself. The IronMan bar comes complete with the winch mount FWIW, not extra cost. Mounting...

I pulled the rear bar from mine (easy) and unclipped all the plastic steps and plate lights etc.... A much nicer finished is achieved over masking up in my opinion. When doing my mirrors, grille, side steps etc it was all disassembled prior to plasti-dip, and the finish is still as good...

Exactly why I am asking. I too have other cars that spend time on dynos, and I'm not interested in "the figures" so much, but what I'm seeking is confirmed improvements, where gains were made......

I too would like to see some scanned dyno sheets of a before and after and also if anything was done re the mapping for shift points.
