Okay, so just a quick update. I unplugged the brake controller (connector on rear) and have had no issues since. Hopefully I haven't spoken too soon but after 6 trips, albeit short ones, I'm feeling fairly confident. Thanks for all the help, guys. It's very much appreciated.

Replacing the AC pressure switch So, replacing the switch/transducer (or whatever you want to call it) is simply connect the electrical connector at one side, screw on at the other. Does anyone know how to unscrew the old one without losing - and getting covered in - a load of gas? Thanks
