    Oil leak ?? turbo

As Old.Tony says, to clean and check again will tell you the source of the leak. It doesn't seem worrysome, but leaks use to be ugly and seem a big issue. I'm sure it should be just gasket thing. Mine had something like that but it was all very messy. Cleaning, locating, opening, cleaning all...

    2012 spanish oil

I decided to use a 10W40 Motul in mine. I've had a very good experience with Motul and got to be my favourite brand. The reason was to have a bit more protection with low revs, when you have lots of pressure over surfaces with not that much of an oil pressure and slow movements with higher force...

    Pilot/Spigot Bushing fitment

I made a couple checkings to be sure about the thing I came here for in the first place. The shaft that go through the clutch disk goes into a brass bushing that is inside the crankshaft. At first sight it did seem that it had like 1mm of play, the same for the shaft at the end, around 1mm...

    Pilot/Spigot Bushing fitment

I found this image of the bushing in Amayama.com, and using GIMP overposed the real rule they put aside with it, so I can conclude that mine is not that bad, as it was 16mm the inside diameter of mine too. Have in mind that it has a little lip, so the rule is well placed. So I'm not changing it...

    Pilot/Spigot Bushing fitment

Hello. The workshop manual says absolutely nothing at all about that, sadly. I checked everywhere, but at least hearing about other gearboxes with some play and no issues is good. Thanks.

    Pilot/Spigot Bushing fitment

Really nice tool, gonna try that for sure. Mine is a YD25 with M/T 6 gears and 4wd. What really makes me worry is if that play in the main shaft of the gearbox is OK or not. The thing that gets into that brass bushing moves 1mm up and 1mm down, and that can mean some bearing or other parts can...

    New mechanic dude from Spain

I'm a not so old family guy from Spain and I love dismanteling almost everything. I use to do weird things to my truck, but not illegal, ugly or noticeable things. I left you here what I've done to the roof... Have a good day!

    Pilot/Spigot Bushing fitment

Hello everyone. I just joined because I'm dealing with this issue, exactly, I'm changing my slippery clutch and I have a really important doubt. The main shaft of the gearbox has great play, like 1mm up and 1mm down, and that brass bushing has 16mm inside diameter and the main shaft of the gear...
