Didn’t have a spare battery to try, but sprayed a bit of contact cleaner in the plug for the crank angle sensor and haven’t had a problem since! Hopefully that’s a permanent fix and she’s sorted 🤔

Got it! The el cheapo easy outs I had weren’t cutting it, but went and grabbed some better quality ones from work! Very unnerving job but I got the damn thing and the overwhelming relief was just what I needed! Was quite a tedious job to do 😅 thanks fellas 🍻

Gday all! Had myself a bit of a blunder about half hour ago! Am in the process of replacing the head on my 05 zd30, got all headbolts torqued down and went to start torquing the cam caps down, set torque wrench, and on the very first one I snapped the bloody thing! Not sure what I did wrong...

Got new head bolts with head assembly 👌🏻 Even came with an order to tighten them in! Bagging and tagging is standard procedure for me so will definitely be done. Is there a best way to clean manifold? Have decided I will just do it at home once Bub comes! That way I can just take my time! Cheers
