interestingly my autometer (lite?) didnt come with a tee.. just some brass threaded fittings and some cheapo tiny stiff boost line, so...
yeah he did a better job than i could of achieved in my garage, looks brand new inside again, with EGR and catch can fitted last year hopefully it stays clean now.
i payed my mech to do it as i couldnt be farked cleaning it with a toothbrush, $300 for the cooler and intake to be cleaned...... he probably just soaked it in fuel and threw it in the ultrasonic.
i have the 2 piece, just vecro-ed down the 2nd piece on top of the airbag section, gotta be a bit more confortable getting hit in the face with carpet than just the dash i figure lol
im my own terms so bear with me lol......a dial indicator is a "dial" that has a tip protruding (google it for a pic) from it that sits on the surface that you want to measure, as you then roatate the shaft/bearing/valve/crank shaft ect it moves the needle on the dial showing error in alignment...
Just had my new autometer egt gauge and pillar pod turn up (also boost Gauge and they all look great), went to check to see if the probe thread matched the dump pipe thread and do you think I could crack off the bung? Dammit should of never seized it when I had the chance. Haha
