Good day can someone verify if the fuel hose that connects to the filter assembly is either 3/8" ID or 5/16 ID. I am in the process of replacing all my hoses and belts. Thanks

I run 23psi on my QD32ETI with a 7gph nozzle strait water as I use LPG fumigation for adding fuel.

Check your crank positioning sensor. It will cause these same problems you are having.

Also might be the actuator has gone bad. A friends ZD30 on his Elgrand had the same issue. After he inspected for boost leaks and there were none, it turned out to be the actuator on the turbo.
