Never heard of "S5" but it probably refers to "D22.V", which were produced from 2007-2014 according to this. So basically all of the YD25 models?

ps. YD25 = 2.5 litre diesel engine. From '01-'06 they had the 3 litre diesel engine (as well as a few petrol versions). This is also when they moved manufacture of the D22 away from Japan.
