If that's a Spanish built Nav or Pathfinder around 2007-2011 and it has 4 pin holes in it then it might be the ambient temperature sensor. Many of our cars didn't come with it, the sensor is a sub $5 thermistor in a plastic cover that Nissan want something like $100 for (it could be more, I really don't remember now).
On your dash, when you turn the car on, do you have a temperature display? Below is a pic of mine.
