Strange woo woo woo noise

Hi,

My truck recently started to develop weird sound. It's louder under acceleration, less noticeable when coasting in gear and disappears when coasting in neutral. Truck also blows a bit of black smoke un acceleration. As far as I could check turbo with Bluetooth adapter - pressure is fine. Anyone had similar problem?

if its rattling or knocking could be contaminated fuel, not burning properly , black smoke

It could easily be a gasket in the exhaust manifold. Mine (where the turbo connects) had that problem and under certain levels of exhaust-pressure load it would sound like a clarinet.

Look around the manifold for black dust. That'll be where your leak is, if you have one.

I have experienced the woo woo woo sound too. Usually when the car is 10ks or so above the speed limit
