Steering Wheel Height

hey, guys, and gals I just picked up my 2000 Nissan Navara d22 and I would like to know if there is any way to get the steering wheel any higher when it is maxed out already.

I'm gonna follow this, I'd love another inch or so of height but haven't found any solutions yet
