Might be worth cranking the right hand torsion bar just a little?
Right hand rear? If it's the front, do as Tony says. If it's the rear you probably need new leaf springs. Does it sag badly with a load in the back?

We threw some new heavy duty rear sprint and it was still out
Found the rubbers between the frame and tub were perished one side, strange the tub was still level with the body but wasn’t with frame
