Remove door trim d40 sts 2012, i have removed trim around door handle, remove electric window mold stuck on arm rezt, dneither plastic insert or to p

Seen this one, my arm rest a bit differen and has a plastic insert, damaging the trim trying to pop them off the clips, do I do the insert or the arm rest?

Ok so for anyone's reference the STX 550, only has 2 screws holding the door trim , DO NOT try to remove the arm rest, no need
