Looks like the turbo's leaking. The first pic shows the feed and the return pipe. Possibilities:

1) Turbo seals are failing. Not common (usually the turbo gives up first)

2) Oil feed line loose or gasket damaged. It's possible, especially if the mechanic couldn't find a replacement gasket when reassembling.

3) Too much gasket cement on the return pipe. This is not common but it does happen. The excess gasket cement comes out of the join where the return pipe connects to the underside of the turbo and partially blocks the opening. Oil at this point is using a gravity return (which doesn't work well when you roll the vehicle and land it on the roof, it's a good idea to turn the engine off if this happens). Oil accumulates above the excess and starts pressurising the area and may force itself out like you see in your first picture. I removed the hose from the bottom of my return tube and put an inspection camera up - mine had a nice opening with just metal and no excess gasket cement.

It would be worth trying the inspection camera trick. It's not complex to do, doesn't require any major component removal. If that doesn't reveal the problem, then removing the bottom oil feed line would be my next step and checking the gasket's integrity.

Not that familiar with this particular motor (2.5?), but...It looks to be leaking from where the pipes join the turbo. Guessing the small pipe is the feed, if so it will be under pressure and if it's not sealed properly will leak quite a bit. Not sure if you can take the front hose and fitting off the turbo (the way you can on the zd30/hitachi), but if so you should be able to see if it's got much oil in it. If not, it'll probably be the pipe joins.
