NP300 STX radio code

Hi all,

does anyone know if the STX head unit with Sat Nav needs a radio code if installed into a different car ? I have installed a Kenwood Apple car Play unit in mine and was hoping to sell off the old factory unit. However I wanted to know if I should advise the buyer they will need a code when they plug it in.

If it came with a code it'll need one when it's fired up again, regardless of the car. The pin should have been on a separate card in the owner's manual bundle that came with the car.

Cheers...I'll take a look through the pouch. I bought it brand new so I have all those. I assume a lack of code in the books will mean there isn't one. I never had to put one in when I got the car but then again the Dealership might have done that pre delivery.
