Np300 seats

Hi all, just bought my np300 2015 model rx and am finding it is causing me back pain. I am wondering if anyone has put in r52 pathfinder seats in their navaras or something else to improve the comfort.

Has anyone changes the driver seat I need to lower mine what fits in and what kits are available
