Noise from drivers footwell

Hi guy, so bit of a weird one here 2006 d40 2.5 recently purchased it has a noise that comes from around the throttle pedal area, I noticed it when I was driving if I get above 3000rpm and change gear when I put the clutch down it makes a rattle noise (from inside the car, not in the engine bay) if I just rev the car no noise but then if I hold the clutch down then rev the car the noise is there ? Very odd nothing seems looseany help would be much appreciated cheers guys

Mine does a similar thing on gear changes.
I think it's one of the 12 million different springs & linkages in the clutch pedal arrangement
It might be worth getting under there with a light & checking for anything loose.
Keep an eye out for any cracks or flexing around the clutch pedal at the firewall too.
