The tool kits are on eBay for a little over $100, you could try a wrecker which is how I'd do it, to ensure I got the whole thing.
If the wheel is under the tub and there's a little hole at the centre rear under the tailgate (above the bumper), the way to lower the spare is with the long tool provided with the car, so you'll need to get the tool kit.
