Nav D40 V6. V9X inner tie rod

Hi there
I recently took my 2012 3.0ltr diesel V6 V9X Spanish built Nav into my brother in laws garage and he told it needed a new inner tie rod.
He ordered the part from a motor specialist and the thread was the wrong size, he then ordered another 3 more and each one had the same wrong thread.
The part from Nissan is over £300 but from the motor factures they are under £30.
Does anyone have any experience with this problem that can help me ?

Hi Dean,
The only thing I could find with your model is that the Thai and Spain builds used different threads. Thai used 14mm, Spain used 16mm at the tie rod end.

i wasn't aware of this but surely ordering a tie rod in the uk with my vin number should have brought up the larger Spanish model ?
