Limp mode

Hi all,
I'm Sam from Melbourne Australia.
2007 nissan navara d40 yd25 turbo diesel automatic.
Car randomly goes into limp mode.
Autoelectrician/ mechanic are lost.
No idea what could be causing this.
Have replaced the suction control valve.
Cleaned the egr. Replaced throttle position sensor (second hand) reset the ECU. Does it randomly. Any suggestions please.
