Is there a difference between the 2007 d40 rear tailshaft and the 2008-2015 one?

I have to get a new tailshaft for my nav and all wreckers selling them are advertising them as 2008-2015. The ones advertised look the exact same as the one in my '07 stx so are there any differences or compatibility issues?

Edit: Apologies if this is already a thread, can link me it if so :)

My manual lists the 2006 to 2010 D40s as nearly identical. 2011 saw the introduction of the V6 diesel (the STX550) with a new gearbox (RE7R01B 7 speed auto) and a shift to a 140kW plant (retaining the RE5R05A gearbox) in the Spanish version, with the Thai builds still using the 126kW plants. There may be some minor shifts around these, but just about all of the 4-cyl diesel models should be able to interchange the propeller shafts up until the D23 (NP300) came out and rebuilt the rear suspension. The RE7 box on the 550 might not allow a YD25-powered car's prop shaft to fit, but I'm not 100% on that.
