Intake Air temperature sensor

Hey all,
long time reader of forum’s that have helped me out a ton in the past.

I have a question for those that have put an aftermarket air box into their d22 with the zd30 motor. What or where have people moved the Air intake Temperature sensor to that sits just before the factory air box. Can you sit it in the Air Filter box itself or post air filter or If I have an intercooler would it be worth sitting it post intercooler?

any thoughts?

i would put it pre filter.
its not a well sealed connection so dust etc will get in. also its not a study enough sensor to risk putting in after intercooler. plus it will see higher temps after the intercooler than before the air filter.
