How difficult is an intake manifold to remove?

As title suggests I'm looking for advice about how difficult it will be to remove my intake manifold as I want to see if its blocked up and give it a good clean if so.

I've seen some people say to not bother as you have to mess with your injectors, and that can be risky. But have seen others mention that they've cleaned out their manifold (mind you I couldn't find much information for whether they had just sprayed liqui-moly in or actually removed the manifold.)

Any advice would be much appreciated (a step-by-step would be even more appreciated ).

I did my zd30 without removing injectors. There was a good tutorial on here that I followed. Was pretty straightforward

I can't imagine it being too difficult using basic tools, use some penetrant spray too help. Hopefully can reuse the gasket. Not sure of torque settings, perhaps just use good judgement on that.
