Help plz . D22 ls

Hi was wondering if someone could give some advice. I've got a D22 dual cab . Cooked the 2.5 so want to go ls .
I have a LS2 worked motor with computer s and wiring loom , can I use the original 5 speed navara box or do I have to change it to the ls Auto ,just need advice or help with wat box to run and adaptor s to transfer . Cheers
