Engine swap Yd25 & Td25

I have a mint Yd25 nav from 2004 with a broken down engine snd then i have another rusted out parts Td25 nav from 2001 with a good engine.

So i thinking of moving over the Td25 into the Yd25

Will the td25 bolt right in or does some tweakin need to be done?

Should i swap the gearboxes or not?

Any help will be appriciated
