Timing Chain Jumping?

Good day ,I’m Nathi from South Africa.I have a 2005 Navara the timing chain is always jumping a gear and the chain is new .How can I rectify this problem any ideas are welcome thank you .

Have you checked the tensioners? Are they moving freely?
