Drivers side front tyre protrudes from wheel arch

When I stand in front of my 2013 STX550 and look at the car, the drivers side front tyre sticks out of the wheel arch about a cm while the passenger side tyre is flush with the wheel arch. Checked the rims and they are the same. Had a wheel alignment by Fulcrum and all good there. Drives and tracks perfectly. Underbody inspection shows it's straight and all original. Anyone else seen this.

Maybe a chassis issue. Like it's warped- No joke. Wouldn't be the first time I have heard of D40's having this problem. Wheel alignment should come up fine, track and and even drive fine. Be interesting to string line the front and rear wheels thru the hubs.
