Door trim clip broken

I have removed my door trim as my factory speaker has finally died. During this process I have broken one of the clips on front bottom part of panel. Not so bad but would like to repair at some point. Only problem is I have not managed to source a replacement clip. I also need a couple for wheel wells.

Any ideas on where these can be purchased as they seem as rare as hens teeth?
