door jammed

My right hand side passenger door is completly jammed (like it when bought). It locks and unlocks via central locking. I believe it must me a mechanical issue. All other doors open, close, lock, unlock fine. Not sure if it matters but all windows go up and down.

I tried unbolting the doors hinges off, gave me some room but seems to be stuck near the handle side. Is there any way around this, I've had it like this for a year now haha...

It's probably not possible to remove the door inner without opening it.

The lever inside might also be inhibited by the child lock, which you can't get to without opening the door.

There's a plastic retainer in the door that has broken for a couple of people and they've all removed the door inner to get to it.

As a matter of last resort, what's the chance of getting a replacement door inner from a wrecker for your model (in the same colour)?
