DEA 3inch exhaust troubles

So I mounted up my 3 inch exhaust from DEA, couple little problems and wondering if any one else has come across them, firstly the piece that comes off the dump pipe is touching the front tail shaft and won’t be able to turn when in 4wd due to the uni joint turning, secondly a peice of the exhaust rubs against the bolt from the torsion bar adjustment, and lastly there is a bracket welded to the exhaust with a bit of flat plate with holes in it and doesn’t line up with the bracket from the previous factory exhaust, any help would be appreciated I’ll drop in a couple of pics.
