Or a 3.0 duramax 6 cylinder engine

The first thing I'd be doing is measuring the beasts to see if they fit in the engine bay and lined up near the engine mounts. Height in the bay is also important.

You will need to change gearboxes and ECUs. This will probably require a change in drive shaft(s) as well, and you might consider - if you're looking at using 4WD with the extra power - changing the front diff over to something a little more sturdy.

Additionally, you will probaby need to reposition the radiator, and if the new engine's exhaust is on the vehicle's right hand side, a whole bunch of other small changes are needed, because the 2.5's exhaust (and turbo, and air intake) are on the vehicle's left hand side.

The V6 engine will have exhausts down both sides, will need to meet a turbocharger and then connect to the original system in its route under the car, which goes from left-hand-side at the front and crosses to the right-hand-side at the rear - unless you remove the entire exhaust system. Just try to keep the exhaust away from the fuel tank.

If you wanted to go bigger motor, easiest replacement I would think, would be the V9X out of a 550, you know it fits, parts would be fairly easy to get your hands on as there are a few wrecking. You would save a heap of $$$ by not requiring so much custom fabrication work.
But if you were after something really different, there are a few shops around that specialise in motor transplants. I would assume (once you know it fits) you’d need to customise an engine crossmember, custom wiring loom and all the things Tony mentioned. It’s all what the budget allows.

Almost everything. As mention a V9X would be best bet. Another option would be a Petrol 4.0L VQ40. Although a whole wreck donor vehicle would be the go.

The least expensive option is the sell the vehicle you have and buy truck with a larger engine.

The thing is in Turkey bigger engine cars are way more expensive even with that we don't have d40 v6 navaras, but I did found a vq35 engine 3.5 has been taken from pathfinder will it work with original parts in my navara like transmission and so

Vq35de

we don't have that engine here in any of our pathfinder/navara models. you really need a donor car, as i can't imagine any part being interchangeable. the diesel transmission and diff ratio's would be way out behind a high revving petrol motor. As mentioned, stick with like for like, or sell and buy a petrol model!
