D40 Wheels onto D23?

Do the D40 wheels fit the D23?
PCD, offset, widths same?
Thinking the D40 ST-X rims to get 17s.

d23 has the same offset as the thai rx and st. spanish stx and 140kw st have a 15mm wider offset

So the D40 ST-X wheels will sit 15mm further out?
I guess that difference in offset would create a bit of an issue/stress within the hubs and bearings?
The picture I put up are the wheels I was considering.

15mm won't be a problem at all. if you go for something like 0 offset, then you start to have issues with tyres catching guards etc. most after market rims start at -20, so going from -45 to -30 is ok!
