D40 wheel offsets.

G'day all.
A question re d40 wheel offsets.
My Thai d40 has a 45mm offset, Spanish 30mm.
Will there be a problem with brake clearance etc?
I've read quiet a few different opinions so a few more won't hurt?

if you have a thai d40 or a np300(d23), any spanish d40 navara wheel will fit. If you have a Spanish D40, nothing from a thai d40 or D23 will fit without illegal spacers.
