Hi I have a 2014 d40 titanium Spain build that I would like to up grade it to CarPlay and use it for all apps. It already has a screen and sat nav and like to keep them and just would like to know what’s the best thing to upgrade it and use all the stock buttons too

No can do sadly. Your head unit can't be upgraded to car play, and changing the head unit will lose the on screen display of Aircon etc.
there was a very similar setup and a thread started maybe 12 months ago with someone who did the setup with a few different add on attachments..
