D22 gear box issues

Hey guys I have a 2011 D22 2.5L and I just purchused it and when I got it home from a tow truck I inspected it . Upon inspection I saw that the gear box was stuck in 3rd gear and then I found on YouTube and I got it unstuck and it drove well but only thing is the gears from 3rd going to 4th is heavy and hard to engage. Could this be clutch fork ? Or should I be expecting a new box ? When the car was off I pressed the clutch and I can hear it grind on something . Also while driving no gears crunch.

You say "on a tow truck" I presume you mean a carrier if so how was it loaded onto the truck?

I had similar, except not the tow truck part. The missus got it stuck in 3rd gear couldn't get it out. Got a 2nd handy fitted at same time got a new heavy duty clutch and thrust bearing cost about 3 grand including labour had done almost 400, 000 km though.
